Turn around, and five minutes later they bring something else out! Dayton’s 
(Ohio’s) Finest just released brought out Boxed Set #2! Isn’t all that 
nostalgia usually reserved for when your fat, bearded singer o.d.’s in the 
tub and gets a bad film made about him? Seven tracks here, but my favorite 
is Melted Pat. Mobile is cool too. It sounds like somebody slammed their 
finger in a door as that song begins: “Fuck! Fuck! Fucking fuck!” Lo-fi even 
by GBV’s standards, but the songwriting of Robert Pollard remains 
un-sinkable. I think Stations might be limited edition, so happy hunting! 
It’ll be worth it.
